• Tenders are invited for Supply and Delivery of 160MM2 AAC Conductor Time & Date of the Closing of Bidding: 15:00 Hrs on 2021-08-20 Bids shall be Addressed To: General Manager, Lanka Electricity Company (Private) Limited, No: 411, 4th Floor, e.h. Cooray Building, Galle Road, Colombo 03, Sri Lanka Bid Security: Value of the Bid Bond is Sri Lanka Rupees Four Hundred and Twenty Three Thousand only (Lkr 423,000.00). The Bid Bond shall be Valid up to and including 150 Days from the Date of the Closing the Bid. Bid Validity Period: The Bid shall be valid up to and including 120 days from the date of the closing the bid. Bidding Process: Complete Bidding Process shall be Carried out via www.promise.lk Online Government Procurement Platform Opening of Bids: Bids Uploaded will be Opened Soon after the Time of Closing of Bidding. DELIVERY SCHEDULE: The total quantity of the items shall be delivered in four lots. 1- One fourth of the total quantity within 60 days from the date of Letter of Award. 2- One fourth of the total quantity between 61-120 days from the date of Letter of Award. 3- One fourth of the total quantity between 121-180 days from the date of Letter of Award. 4- One fourth of the total quantity between 181-240 days from the date of Letter of Award.
