• Description:
• Tenders are invited for Supply and Delivery of GI Pipes for Batticaloa District (Kaluthavalai Cluster) Tender Fee: 5000/- Non Refundable Bid Security: 160000/- Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from Procurement Department, Agriculture Sector Modernization Project, Ministry of Agriculture, over the phone 0777419521; from 9.00 a.m. to 2.00 p.m. on working days during the period from 26/11/2021 to 16/12/2021. A complete set of Bidding Documents in English language may be purchased by interested bidders on submission of a written application to the address given below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee. The method of payment will be by cash to the Finance Manager of the Project. Bids must be delivered to the address below at or before 2.00 p.m. on 16/12/2021. Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late bids will not be accepted. Bids will be opened immediately after the bid closing and bidders will not be allowed to attend the opening due to the current pandemic situation in the country. Bid prices will be announced via email soon after the bid opening. Complete bids shall be forwarded in two copies as the original and the duplicate. The original and the duplicate shall be enclosed separately and marked as the ‘original- and ‘duplicate- respectively in sealed envelope. Both envelopes enclosed in a sealed single envelope and marked the contract number “Supply and Delivery of GI Pipes, Insect Proof Nets .and Plastic Crates for Dry Chilli Production Program in Eastern and North Central Provinces” on top left-hand corner of the envelope.
