• Description:
• Tenders are invited for Supply and Installation of Electric Drill System for Neurosurgery Tender Fee: 5000/- Non Refundable Bid Security: 400000/- Qualified bidders may obtain the required bid documents from 18.08.2022 until 07.09.2022 upon payment of the abovementioned non refundable bid document fee for each bid to the Shroff Division of the Hospital between 9.00 a.m. and 3.00 p.m. on working days. A letter of request for documents and compulsorily a copy of a valid Company Registration Certificate or Business Registration Certificate should be submitted to obtain bid documents. Duly perfected sealed bids may either be sent by registered post to the Provincial General Hospital, Badulla or deposited in the Tender Box to receive before 2.30 p.m. on 08.09.2022. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened at 2.30 p.m. on the same day at the Office of the Director and the bidder or his authorized representative may be present at the time of opening of bids.
