• Description:
• Tenders are invited for Supply and Installation of 02 Nos Elevators for 'Housing Scheme at Estate 54 and No. Elevator for "Methsara Uyana" Housing Scheme at Estate 66, Wanathamulla A complete set of Bidding Documents in English language may be purchased by interested Bidders on submission of a written application to the Head of Procurement, Procurement Unit, Urban Development Authority, 07th Floor, "Sethsiripaya" - Stage I, Battaramulla during normal working days from 10th July 2023 until 27th July 2023 from 9.00 am to 2.30 pm upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 13,300.00 plus Taxes in cash to the Shroff of Urban Development Authority. All Bids shall be accompanied by a Bid-Security, (as per the format given in the Bidding Document) of Rs. 610,000.00. Bid Security shall be valid until 25th November 2023. Any bid not accompanied by a valid Bid Security will be rejected.
