• Tenders are invited for Supply and Installation of Air Conditioning and Ventilation System for Auditorium for Katana Pradeshiya Sabha Interested bidders may obtain further information from the Superintendent of Works, Katana Pradeshiya Sabha (Tel No. 0312222575, E-mail: katanasabha@gmail.com) and inspect the bidding documents during 09:00 hrs to 15:00 hrs from 19tli August 2021 until 10th September 2021. A complete set of Bidding Documents in English language may be purchased by interested bidders on submission of a written application to the address below from 19th August 2021 until 10th September 2021 from 09.00 hrs to 15.00 hrs upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 2,500.00. Bids shall be delivered in duplicate to the address below or deposited in the Tender Box provided at the above address at or before 14.00 hrs. on 13th September 2021. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened soon after closing in the presence of the bidders- representatives who choose to attend. Bids shall be valid up to 13th December 2021. All bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Security of Sri Lankan Rupees Two Hundred and Thirty Thousand (Rs. 230,000.00) obtained in favour of the Chairman, Katana Pradeshiya Sabha, Demanhandiya, Katana. Bid Security shall be valid up to 10th January 2022. Pre-Bid Meeting will be held at 10:00 hrs on 01.09.2021 in the Conference Room, Katana Pradeshiya Sabha, Demanhandiya followed by a Site Visit.
