• Description:
• Tenders are invited for Supply and Installation of CCTV Cameras Applicants expecting to register for more than one item, should submit separate applications for each item and should credit Rs. 1000.00 per each item to Account No. 7042222 maintained at the Bank of Ceylon, New Town, Polonnaruwa in favour of the District Secretary, Polonnaruwa and the receipt obtained from the bank or else the amount should be paid in cash to the Shroff of the District Secretariat on working days between 08.30 hrs. and 15.00 hrs and the receipt obtained should be attached to the application. (Applications submitted with Cheques and Money Orders will be rejected). All applications should either be sent by Registered Post or personally delivered to the “District Secretary, District Secretariat, Polonnaruwa", to be received on or before 23rd November 2021. The cover containing the application should be marked clearly as "Registration of Suppliers for the Year 2022" at the left side top corner. It is hereby notified that the applications received after 23.11.2021 will not be accepted.
