• Tenders are invited for Supply and Installation of CCTV System for PTD Narahenpita Registered Suppliers (Ministry of Public Security) Rs.: 750/- Unregistered Suppliers (Rs.) : 1000/- Interested Eligible Bidders are advised to purchase Standard Bidding Documents from "Director Supplies" by payment of nonrefundable amount which mentioned with publication for the items from 09.00 am to 03.00 pm on weekdays except public holidays. Completed Bids accompany with the Bid Security shall be put in to the Tender Box in a temporary office setup near the main entrance of the Police Headquarters, Colombo-01, on or before 02.00 p.m. on above mentioned dates. Delayed bids will not be accepted. Bidders or their representatives will be allowed to presence for the Bid Opening event. Samples should be handed over to the Chief Clerk of the Supplies Division, Police Headquarters, Colombo 01 on or before 01.00 p.m. as per the date of Bid Opening. Delayed samples will not be accepted. The model name should not be mentioned in the sample. Suppliers should be only online registered (eroc.drc.qov.lk) by the Government Public Contract Act, no 03 of 1987 which is mentioned as above in last column and Bids which applicable for over five million Rupees. Only one bid Document will be Issued to each bidder. Bid Submission Should be in Sri Lanka Rupees Only. The pre-bid meeting will be held by online as per schedule date and time mention below.
