• Description:
• Tenders are invited for Supply and Installation of Vegetable Cutter Tender Fee: 1000/- Non Refundable Bid Security: 6000/- Bid documents may be obtained by qualified bidders from 21.12.2021 until 12.01.2022 upon payment of the non refundable bid document fee for each bid as mentioned in the table above to the Shroff Division of the hospital between 9.00 a.m. and 3.00 p.m. on working days. It is mandatory to submit a letter of request for documents along with a copy of the Company Registration Certificate. Duly perfected sealed bids may either be sent by registered post to the Provincial General Hospital, Badulla or deposited in the Tender Box to receive before 2.30 p.m. on 13.01.2022. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened at 2.30 p.m. on the same day and the bidder or his authorized representative may be present at the time of opening of bids.
