• Description:
• Tenders are invited for Supply and Installation of Liquid Oxygen Tank with Required Accessories Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 10,000 Litre Cryogenic Liquid Medical Oxygen Storage System For obtaining bid documents, a non refundable fee of Rs. 5,000.00 should be paid to the Shroff of the Provincial General Hospital, Badulla and the original of the receipt obtained should be submitted with the certified copy of the Business Reg- istration Certificate. Bid forms may be obtained from the Accounts Division of the Provincial General Hospital, Badulla between 8.30 a.m. and 3.00 p.m. on normal working days and from 8.30 a.m. to 11.00 a.m. on Saturdays from 30.08.2021 until 11.09.2021. If a representative is calling over to collect bid documents, he should submit the letter of authorization of the applicant and the National Identity Card for identification purposes. Bid documents may be inspected free of charge at the Accounts Division of the provincial General Hospital, Badulla prior to obtaining bid documents. All bids should be accompanied by a bid security to the value of Rs. 300,000.00 in favour of Director, Provincial General Hospital, Badulla valid for 119 days from the date of opening of bids and should be attached to the Original Bid. Bids should be submitted as per the conditions and specification instructions mentioned in the bid documents. A pre-bid meeting will be held at 10.30 a.m. on 06.09.2021 at the Office of the Director of the Provincial General Hospital, Badulla. Since a site inspection has been arranged concurrently for the bidders, participating in that pre bid meeting is mandatory.
