• Description:
• Tenders are invited for Supply and Installation Supervision of Multimedia Systems and Conference Systems for Blocks 02. A complete set of Bidding Documents in English language may be purchased by interested bidders on submission of a written application to The Chairman, Project Procurement Committee (PPC), C/o The Director - Project Management Unit, Defence Headquarters Complex Project, Akuregoda Road, Pelawatta, Battaramulla from 10th January 2022 until 14th February 2022 from 0900 hrs to hrs upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Sri Lanka Rupees Twenty Five Thousand (LKR 25,000). The method of payment will be in Cash/Bank draft in favour of The Ministry of Defence. All bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Security of Sri Lanka Rupees One Million Six Hundred Fifty Thousand (LKR 1,650,000.00) obtained from a reputed commercial bank operating in Sri Lanka or an agency acceptable to the Employer and shall be valid up to 13th June 2022 (119 days after the Bid opening ) (Including Bid opening date).
