• Description:
• Tenders are invited for Preparation of Detailed Survey Plan for the Land at Borella Town Development Project. Non Refundable Fee: Rs 6,000. Amount of Bid Security: Rs 182,000. Bid Security valid up to 25.10.2021. Interested bidders may obtain further information from Head of Procurement, Urban Development Authority, 07th Floor, Sethsiripaya - Stage 1, Battaramulla and inspect the bidding documents free of charge at the Head of Procurement's Office on working days from 14th June 2021 to 23rd June 2021. A complete set of Bidding Documents in English language may be purchased by any prospective Bidder or their accredited agent on submission of a written request to the Head of Procurement, Urban Development Authority, 07th Floor, Sethsiripaya - Stage 1, Battaramulla 14th June 2021 to 23rd June 2021 on working days upon payment of non-refundable fee as in the above table 01 to Shroff in Finance Division in Urban Development Authority. Bid shall be valid until 2401 September 2021.
