  • Tenders are invited for Supply and Maintenance of Gps/Gnss High Tech Survey Equipment and Drones Hand Held Gpss Survey Grade / Construction Grade Gps Systems Drones (Unmanned Aviation Vehicle - Uav) Applications should be Prepared as Per Specimen Form Available at the Head Office or Web Address of the Department (www.agrariandept.gov.lk). Separate Applications should be Submitted for each Category Relevant to Goods and Services. (Example: Category 1. 2, 3 etc.) Accompanied by a Receipt Obtained by Paying a Non-Refundable Registration Fee of Rs. 1000.00 In Cash to the Shroff of the Department of Agrarian Development Head Office. Applications will be Accepted only from Those Applicants Who have Previous Experience of Over One Year in the Supply or Providing Services for Which Registration is Sought. A Photocopy of Business Registration Certificate and Certified Copies of Other Documentary Evidence in Proof of past Performance should be Submitted along with the Application. Government Departments, Boards, Corporations or Government Institutions Which Apply for Registration Need not Submit the above Documents. Registration Fee is Payable to the Shroff of the Head Office of the Department of Agrarian Development on Any Working Day between 9.00 a.m. And 3.00 p.m. Please Note that Money Orders or Cheques will not be Accepted. Applications may Either be Sent under Registered Post to Reach the below Address or Hand Delivered and Deposited in the Tender Box Placed at the Accounts Division in the Head Office Of the Department of Agrarian Development at or before 2.00 p.m. On 09.12.2022. The Caption β€œRegistration of Suppliers / Contractors (Mention Category No. And Description) 2023” should be Written on the Top Left Corner of the Envelope. If Registration is Sought for More than One Category of Supply or Service, Separate Applications for each Category of Item should be Prepared and Sent under One Cover.
