• Tenders are invited for Supply and Repairing of Furniture (Wooden, Steel and Iron) Applications can be obtained on producing of the following documents and making a non-refundable fee of Rs. 500.00 for each above mentioned series to the hospital from 21.09.2021 up to 28.10.2021 from 9.00 a.m. to 3.00 p.m. (Except public holidays and weekends) 1. A written request to Chairman, Procurement Committee of the Wijaya Kumaratunga Memorial Hospital, Seeduwa. 2. Copy of the Business Registration Certificate. Duly perfected applications should be sent by registered post or by Hand to be received on or before 15.11.2021 to the following address caption, “Registration of suppliers for the year 2022- Category No..............” marked on the top left hand comer of the envelope.
