• Description:
• Tenders are invited for Supply of Biomedical Instruments / Tools Tender Fee: Rs 1000/- (Non Refundable) Sealed bids made on a complete set of bidding documents for the project in original shall be sent by Registered Post to the address : the Chairman, Regional Procurement Committee, Teaching Hospital, Jaffna or deposited in the Tender Box at or before 10.00 am on 10th of April, 2023. Bid documents should be obtained from Accountant at the above address from 24.03.2023 to 06.04.2023 between 9.00 am and 3.00 pm during working days on submission of the following : a) A written application to the Chairman, Regional Procurement Committee, Teaching Hospital, Jaffna. b) Certificate of Business Registration (Certified Photocopy) c) Upon payment of the non-refundable tender fee stated above in cash to the Director, Teaching Hospital, Jaffna. Bids will be opened immediately after the closing of bids at the office of the Chairman / Director. Bidders or their representatives are permitted to be present when bids are opened.
