• Description:
• Tenders are invited for Supply of Boilers. Jugs, Sauce Pans and Electric Elements A non refundable fee of Rs. 500.00 for each item as registration fee should be paid in cash to the Shroff of the Colombo North Teaching Hospital between 8.30 a.m. and 2.30 p.m. on working days from 28.10.2022 until 24.11.2022 and the original of Form General 172 receipt issued by the hospital should be attached to the application. (Money orders and Cheques will not be accepted.) If an applicant is sending many applications, all of them may be enclosed in a single envelope. All applications may either be sent by registered post to the address given below or hand delivered to receive on or before 25.11.2022 and the caption “Registration of Suppliers - 2023" should be mentioned on the left hand top corner of the envelope containing the application. Late applications will not be accepted. Further, no requests thereafter will be entertained.
