• Tenders are invited for Supply of Brand New 03 Ton & 02 Ton Forklift Trucks 01. Brand New 03 Ton Forklift Truck with Free Lift: qty 1 02. Brand New 02 Ton Forklift Truck with Free Lift: qty 1 Specification for Item 01 1. Working Capacity - 3000 kg @ 500mm load centre. 2. Specification of mast - Type - Three stage complete with back rest Lifting height - 4500 mm minimum Lowered mast height - 2200mm max. Tilting angle - forward 6 deg / backward 12 deg. 3. Overhead guard height - less than 2200mm 4. Engine - Diesel engine fitted with a spark arrestor 5. Transmission - Hydrostatic 6. Steering - power assisted steering 7. Tyres - Solid rubber 8. Lights - head light / signal light/ Back working light. 9. Hydraulic fork positioner & side shifter, 10. Forklift shall be easily maneuverable in confined spaces(i.e loading / unloading containerized cargo). Specification for Item 02 1. Working Capacity - 2000 kg @ 500mm Load Centre 2. Specification of mast - Type - Duplex two stage complete with back rest lifting height - 3000 mm minimum Lowered mast height - 2000 (aprox.) Tilting angle - forward 6 deg/backward 12 deg. 3. Engine - Diesel engine fitted with a spark arrestor 4. Clutch - Torque converter type 5. Steering - power assisted steering 6. Tyres - Solid rubber 7. Lights - head light / signal light/ Back working light Each Bid shall be accompanied with a Bid Security Guarantee undertaking that the offer will be held valid for the specified period and that, the offer will not be withdrawn during that period. Such security shall be in the form of a Bank Guarantee issued by a recognized commercial Bank in Sri Lanka approved by the Central Bank of Sri Lanka payable to the Ceylon Petroleum Corporation, in a sum of Sri Lankan Rupees 100,000/= Supplier should give a warranty for the Vehicle, covering minimum period of 2 years / 6,000 hrs. from the date of accepting the vehicle against failures in design or manufacturing defects, and during the warranty period free service should be given.
