• Description:
• Tenders are invited for Supply of Buckets, Saucepans, Garden Equipment, Water Filters, Aluminium Goods, Ceramicware, Plastic Goods and Such Goods A non-refundable registration fee of Rs. 1000.00 should be paid in cash to the Shroff Division of this institution for each item and the receipt obtained upon payment of the above fee should be attached and submitted with the self prepared application as per the specimen given below. There is a possibility of depositing the fee with the Shroff Division of this office between 9.00 a.m. and 3.00 p.m. on working days of the week until 15.12.2021. Cheques and Money Orders will not be accepted under any circumstances. Suppliers who are unable to call over and effect payment owing to the Covid-19 pandemic situation, may credit the amount in Account No. 134100109025202 maintained in the Nuwara Eliya Branch of People's Bank in favour of the Director only up to 15.12.2021. (Relevant receipt should be attached to the application and submitted) All duly perfected applications may either be sent by registered post or deposited in the Procurement Box kept at the Office of the Accountant to receive on or before 15.12.2021. The caption, “Registration of Suppliers for Year 2022” should be mentioned on the left-hand top comer of the envelope containing the application. All applicants should agree to submit quotation abiding by the rules and regulations and conditions stipulated by the Regional Procurement Committee and by the government and the Procurement entity reserves the right either to call for quotations or not to call for quotations from the registered suppliers.
