• Tenders are invited for Supply of 750 Mt of Bulk Bitumen 60/70 Interested bidders may obtain further information from Director (Procurement), Procurement Division Road Development Authority, 4‘h Floor, "Maganeguma Mahamadura", No.216, Denzil Kobbekaduwa Mawatha Koswatta, Battaramulla. Phone 011-2884790/011-2046200 and can inspect the bidding documents in office hours free of charge A complete set of Bidding Documents in English language may be purchased by interested bidders on submission of a written application with the registration certificate issued by Register of Public Contracts under Act No. 3 of 1987, Department of Registrar of companies for the contract to the Director (Procurement) Procurement Division Road Development Authority, 4* Floor, "Maganeguma Mahamadura', No.216, Denzil Kobbekaduwa Mawatha, Koswatta, Battaramulla from 14/09/2021 until 27/09/2021 during 9.00 hrs to 15.00 hrs upon payment of non refundable fee of Rs 3,450.00 (inclusive of VAT). Bids shall be delivered in duplicate to the following address "Chairman. Road Development Authority procurement Committee, C/o Director General, Road Development Authority, 1st Floor, "Maganaguma Mahamadura, No.216, Denzil Kobbekaduwa Mawatha, Koswatta, Battaramulla on or before 14.00 hrs on 28/09/2021. Offers shall be marked on the top left hand corner of the envelope the "Bid for Supply of 750 MT of Bulk bitumen 60/70" Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened soon after closing in the presence of the bidder or representative who chooses to attend. Bids shall be valid up to 27/12/2021. Bid shall be accompanied by a Bid- Security of Rs.1,000,000.00 and shall be valid up 24/01/2022.
