• Tenders are invited for Supply of Centrifugal Pump: qty 1 Pump Type : Centrifugal, Self-Priming, End Suction / Top Discharge Fluid : White Oil Specific Gravity : 0.63-0.863 Vapor Pressure : 10-70Kpa Suction Pressure : 14.5-35 Psia Capacity (Max) : 100m3/H Discharge Pressure : 64-180 Psia Location : Outdoor Impeller, Housing & Shaft Material : Suitable to Withstand the Fluid Being Handled Max. Pump Head Required : 101m H2O Minimum Npsha : 0.3 m H2O Inlet : 4" x 150# Outlet : 3" X 300# Shaft Seal : Mechanical Seal Type I. Pump suction should be completed with 4” strainer & 4” x 150# ball valve II. Pump discharge should be completed with 3” x 300# non-return valve & 3” x 300# ball valve III. Hazardous area : Class 1 Zone I, Group IIC according to IEC 3.2. Enclosure : TEFC, Explosion Proof, Ex ‗d‘ IIC, T6 according to IEC 3.3. Cooling Method : IC 411 (According to IEC 34-6) 3.4. Degree of Protection : IP 65 3.5. Insulation Class : F 3.6. Bearings : Ball/Roller bearings with Grease lubrication 3.7. Earthing : Both internal & external earthing terminals shall be provided. 3.8. Balancing : Motor should be dynamically balanced using a half key 3.9. Stator : Should be made out of cast steel/iron. 3.10. Cooling Fan : Should be made out of metal alloy 3.11. Switchgear : Shall be of Star-Delta type. All connectors, ―ON‖,OFF‖ switches, Ammeters, Voltmeter etcc… shall be mounted on a stainless steel (SS304), IP65 enclosure & complete with properly sealed 03 No. Ex‘ cable galnds 4. OTHER CONDITIONS 4.1. Noise Level : Shall no exceed 85 dB at 1 meter 4.2. Vibration : Within the limits specified in ISO 2372 or equivalent 4.3. Terminal Box : Shall have a sufficient space to accommodate the cables. All Six terminals shall be available at the terminal plate for end user to select a proper starting method. Cable entry plate should be mounted separately for Easy disconnection of incoming cables Bidding Documents can be obtained up to on 16-July-2021.
