• Description:
• Tenders are invited for Supply of Conference Chairs for Block 03 of Defence Headquarters Complex Located at Akuregoda Road, Pelawatta, Battaramulla. non-refundable fee of Sri Lanka Rupees Six Thousand Only (Rs. 6,000.00). The method of payment will be by cash/Bank draft in favour of Director, Defence Headquarters Complex Project. Duly completed Bids shall be delivered to: The Chairman, Project Procurement Committee (PPC), Defence Headquarters Complex Project, Akuregoda Road, Pelawatta, Battaramulla at or before 1000 hrs on ll"1 September 2024. Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened soon after closing in the presence of the Bidders' representatives who choose to attend in person at Project Management Unit, Defence Headquarters Complex Project, Akuregoda Road, Pelawatta, Battaramulla. A pre-bid meeting will be held at 1000 hrs on 28tl1 August 2024 at the Defence Headquarters Complex site at Akuregoda. Bids shall be valid up to 27th November 2024 (77 days after the date of Bid opening). All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid-Security of Sri Lanka Rupees Two Hundred Eleven Thousand Five Hundred Only ( Rs 211,500.00) in the form of unconditional and on demand guarantee obtained from a bank operating Sri Lanka approved by the Central Bank of Sri Lanka which shall be valid up to 25**1 December 2024 (105 Days after the date of closing of bids) Bidders are strongly advised to present the registration certificate under the Public Contract Act No. 3 of 1987 (when relevant), before purchasing the Bidding documents from Procurement Branch at Defence Headquarters Complex Project.
