• Tenders are invited for Supply of Cooked Foods - 2022 Sealed Bids are Hereby Invited up to 10.00 a.m. On 22.11.2021 from Registered = Commercial Establishments, Individuals Residing within the Western Province for the Supply of Cooked Foods to the following Hospitals of the Western Province in the Division of Regional Health Services, Colombo For the Year 2022. Bid Forms, Bid Conditions, a Document Continuing the Number of Meal Rounds for each Hospital can be Obtained from the Office of The Regional Director of Health Services in the Maligawatta New Secretariat Building, Colombo 10 up to 2.30 p.m. On 20.11.2021 on Payment of a Fee of Rs. 1000.00, Producing the Identity Card. All bids in duplicate enclosed in two envelopes and sealed can either be sent by registered post addressed to “Chairman, Procurement Board, Office of the Regional Director of Health Services. P.O. Box 1287, Maligawatta, Colombo 10 to be received at or before 10.00 a.m. on 22.11.2021 or may be deposited in the tender Box kept at this office. Mark the caption - “Supply of Cooked Foods - 2022 for Hospital” on the top left hand corner of the envelope containing the sealed bids.
