• Tenders are invited for Supply of Cooked Meals / Raw Food and Washing of Soiled Linen for Hospitals Belonging to Southern Provincial Department of Health Services for Year 2022. Base Hospital, Balapitiya Rs. 1,000,000.00 Base Hospital, Elpitiya Rs. 1,000,000.00 Base Hospital, Tangalle Rs. 1,000,000.00 Base Hospital, Kamburupitiya Rs. 1,000,000.00 Base Hospital, Udugama Rs. 750,000.00 Base Hospital, Deniyaya Rs. 750,000.00 Base Hospital, Walasmulla Rs. 750,000.00 Base Hospital, Tissamaharama Rs. 750,000.00 for Regional Hospitals - (Raw food) Rs. 600,000.00 for Regional Hospitals - (Cooked meals) Rs. 500,000.00 Conditions for applying. • The refundable deposit is Rs. 20,000.00 and the non-refundable fee is Rs. 2000.00 for the supply of cooked meals / raw food. i. The refundable deposit is Rs. 2000.00 and the non refundable fee is Rs. 1000.00 for washing of soiled linen. After payment of the amounts mentioned above, details of the quantities of food (cooked meals and raw food) and the number of soiled linen to be washed could be obtained along with the bid documents from 06.10.2021 up to 22.10.2021 from the offices mentioned in teh relevant Column 1 of the said schedule.
