• Description:
• Procurement Notice are invited for Supply & Delivery of Agriculture/Farm Machinery for Field Crops Research and Development Institute (FCRDI) - Mahailuppallama Bidding will be concluded through the National Competitive Bidding (NCB) procedure approved by the World Bank. Pre-Bid meeting will be held on 241" November 2021 at 9.00 am in the Agriculture Sector Modernization Project, No. 123/2, Pannipitiya Road, Battaramulla Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from Procurement Department, Agriculture Sector Modernization Project, Ministry of Agriculture over the phone 0777419521; or inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below; from 9.00 a.m. to 2.00 p.m. on working days during the period from 15/11/2021 to 06/12/2021. A complete set of Bidding Documents in English language may be purchased by interested bidders on submission of a written application to the address given below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee. The method of payment will be by cash to the Finance Manager of the Project. Bids must be delivered to the address below at or before 2.00 p.m. on 06/12/2021. Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late bids will not be accepted. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders' representatives who choose to attend in person at the address below at 2.00 pin on 06/12/2021.
