Fee: LKR 2500 as non-refundable fee or the payments could be made to any branch of People‘s Bank, to the Provincial Director of Health Uva, Account No:269100188440649, and the original of the cash receipt/deposit slip to be attached with the bidding documents The Value of the Bid Security shall be LKR 43000.
