A complete set of bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on submission of a written application to the Director, Provincial Director of Health-Uva office, R.H.Gunawardena Mawatha Badulla and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of LKR 4000.00 in cash at the Shroff Counter of the Director office. The documents may be purchased until 12.30p.m. on 16th March 2022. Bids must be delivered to Chairman, Department Procurement Committee, Provincial Director of Health Uva, No. 301, R.H.Gunawardena Mawatha Badulla, on or before 2.00 p.m. on 16th March 2022 Please indicate the ―Supply, Delivery, Installation and Commissioning of Medical Equipment 04 ― on the top left hand corner of the envelope. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security addressed to the Chairman, Department Procurement Committee, Provincial Director of Health Uva office, valid for 120 days from the date of the bid opening.
