• Description:
• Tenders are invited for Supply, Delivery, Installation, Commission and Maintenance of 100 Kwp Solar Power Net Accounting System for Bank of Ceylon Central Province Office Building, Kandy. Bidding Document may be inspected free of charge at Bank of Ceylon, No.01, "BOC Square", Bank of Ceylon Mawatha, Colombo 01 on working days from 0900 hrs to 1500 hrs from 19.08.2021 until 08.09.2021. (Please contact Chief Manager (Properties and Procurement) on Telephone No. 011-2544310/011-2204271). Bidding documents and relevant specifications in English language could be obtained on the submission of written application to the Chief Manager, Properties & Procurement Department, 14th Floor, Bank of Ceylon, "BOC Square", No.01, Bank of Ceylon Mawatha, Colombo 01, during working days from 0900 hrs to 1430 hrs, after making payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs.4,536/- (Rs.4,200/- + Rs.336/- VAT 8%). The method of payment will be in cash. Bids should be submitted on the Bidding Documents obtained from Chief Manager (Properties & Procurement), Bank of Ceylon. Duplicated Bidding Documents are not allowed to submit Bids. Perfected Bids should be accompanied by a Bid Security for a sum of Rs. 180,000/- (Rupees One Hundred and Eighty Thousand Only) in the form of bank guarantee provided in Annexure VI-1 on-demand, unconditional and irrevocable only from a licensed commercial bank(other than Bank of Ceylon) acceptable to the Bank valid up to 02.02.2022. Cash Deposit slip / Bank draft are also acceptable in lieu of Bank Guarantee. Sealed Bids shall be deposited in duplicates in the box available at the Ground Floor, Bank of Ceylon, No. 01, "BOC Square", Bank of Ceylon Mawatha, Colombo 01.
