• Description:
• Tenders are invited for Supply, Delivery, Installation, Commission and Maintenance of 30 Nos. 12 Kva, Amf, Prime Powered, Sound Proof, Diesel, Three Phase Generators for Bank of Ceylon Branches. Bidding documents and relevant specifications in English language could be obtained on the submission of written application to the Chief Manager, Properties & Procurement Department, 14th Floor, Bank of Ceylon, "BOC Square", NO.01, Bank of Ceylon Mawatha, Colombo 1, after making payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs 12,610.00 [Rs 11,675.00 + Rs 935.00 VAT (8%)]. The method of payment will be in cash. Perfected Bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Security in the form of irrevocable unconditional on demand Bank Guarantee for Rupees Six Hundred Seventy Five Thousand Only (Rs. 675,000/- only) from a licensed commercial bank operating in Sri Lanka other than Bank of Ceylon in the form of bank guarantee. Bid Security shall be valid up to 21.07.2022. Cash Deposit slip / Bank draft are also acceptable in lieu of Bank Guarantee. Personal Cheques drawn by the bidder will not be accepted.
