• Description:
• Tenders are invited for Supply, Delivery, Installation, Commission and Maintenance of 200 Nos. Split Type Wall Mounted / Ceiling Mounted Air Conditioners for Bank of Ceylon Branches. Air conditioners shall be in following categories and quantities; i. 75 Nos. of 12,000 Btu/hr Split Type Wall Mounted Air Conditioners ii. 50 Nos. of 18,000 Btu/hr Split Type Wall Mounted Air Conditioners iii. 50 Nos. of 24,000 Btu/hr Split Type Wall Mounted Air Conditioners iv. 25 Nos. of 36,000 Btu/hr Split Type Ceiling Mounted Air Conditioners Bidding documents and relevant specifications in English language could be obtained on the submission of a written application to the Chief Manager, Properties & Procurement Department, 14th Floor, Bank of Ceylon, "BOC Square", No.01, Bank of Ceylon Mawatha, Colombo 1, during working days from 0900 hrs to 1430 hrs, after making a payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs.9,400.00 (Rs.8,703.00 + Rs.697.00 VAT 8%). The method of payment will be in cash. Bids should be submitted on the Bidding Documents obtained from Chief Manager (Properties & Procurement), Bank of Ceylon. Duplicated Bidding Documents are not allowed to submit Bids. Perfected Bids should be accompanied by a Bid Security for a sum of Rs.500,000.00 (Rupees Five Hundred Thousand only) in the form of bank guarantee on-demand, unconditional and irrevocable only from a licensed commercial bank (other than Bank of Ceylon) acceptable to the Bank valid up to 13.01.2022. Cash Deposit slip / Bank draft are also acceptable in lieu of Bank Guarantee. Personal Cheques drawn by the bidder will not be accepted.
