• Tenders are invited for Supply, Delivery, Installation, Commissioning and Maintenance of Network Devices for Bank of Ceylon Seychelles Branch. Applicable non-refundable Bid Fee Rs. 6,240/ = [Rs. 6,000/- + Rs. 240/- (8% VAT)] Value of the Bid Security to be submitted Rs. 200,000/ = Last date & time of issuing Bidding Documents 25.08.2021 at 1400 hrs Date & Time of Closing Bid 27.08.2021 at 1000 hrs Bidding Documents could be obtained from Properties & Procurement Dept. 14th Floor, Bank of Ceylon on payment of the non refundable fee between 0900 hrs and 1400 hrs on working days of the Bank. Perfected bid documents should be accompanied by a Bank Guarantee for the value relevant to the bid as indicated above issued by a commercial bank (other than Bank of Ceylon) acceptable to the Bank of Ceylon and valid up to 24.12.2021. Cash deposits / Bank Pay Orders / Bank Drafts are also acceptable in lieu of Bid security. Cheque drawn by the bidders will not be accepted as Bid Security. Bids will be opened immediately after closing at 1000 hrs on the due date and the bids received later than 1000 hrs will be rejected and returned unopened.
