Tenders are invited for Supply, Delivery, Installation, Commissioning and Maintenance of 12 Nos. Routers for Bank of Ceylon Model No Cisco C1111-8P or equivalent Warranty Minimum three (3) years fully comprehensive warranty Provide on-site (BOC Branch) comprehensive warranty services (include parts, labor and transportation) Installation & Product Support Bidder must agree to install, configure & commission the device at Island-wide BOC Branches as per the requirement of BOC Network Support Team. Any applicable charge must be included for quoted unit price. Maintenance Bidder must agree onsite support to configure new configuration, patch update, OS update and any other maintenance work if required. Bidder must agree to replace and configure the device at Island-wide Branches, if any hardware failure or malfunction occurs Backup unit should be supplied at any failure Response Time 30 Minute Tender documents and relevant specifications could be obtained from the Chief Manager, Properties & Procurement Department, 14th Floor, Bank of Ceylon Head Office, “BOC Square” No.1, Colombo 1. Perfected bidding documents should be accompanied by a Bank Guarantee/Bid Bond for a sum of Rs.60,000.00 from a commercial bank (other than the Bank of Ceylon) acceptable to the Bank valid upto 27.09.2022 Cash Deposits/Pay Orders/Bank Drafts are also acceptable in lieu of Bid Bonds. Cheques drawn by the bidder will not be accepted
