Tenders are invited for Supply, Delivery, Installation & Commissioning of Calibration Thermometer. Bid bond: 15,400/- Applicable fee of Fee RS : 2,000/- Bidders or their Agents could purchase Bid Documents on application made on their official letterhead from Procurement Section. Sri Lanka Tea Board, 574, Galle Road, Colombo 03 from 9th September 2021 on payment of following non refundable applicable fee per set of documents to the Finance Division of the Tea Board or payments could be made to the Bank of Ceylon, 2nd Branch Kollupitiya Account No. 1633709 and enclosed the original receipt into the Bidding Document at the time of submitting the Bid Document. Bid Documents can also be inspected/down loaded from the Tea Board website www.teaboard.lk until 28th September 2021. Bid should be valid for 121 days from the closing date of the bids. The bidder should write the “description of the item and Bid No.” on the top left hand corner of the sealed envelope and sent under registered cover in duplicate to reach the following address or could be deposited in the tender box provided for this purpose at the Procurement Section. Sri Lanka Tea Board. 574. Galle Road. Colombo 03 on or before the closing date. Pre-Bid Meeting will be held on 17th September 2021 at 10:00AM at the Auditorium of Sri Lanka Tea Board/or will be conducted via Zoom. Bids will be opened at the Procurement Section, Sri Lanka Tea Board, 574, Gailc Road, Colombo 03 immediately after closing time at 1.00 p.m. on 29th September 2021. Bidders or their Authorized Representatives will be permitted to be present at the time of opening the bids.
