• Tenders are invited for Supply, Delivery, Installation & Commissioning of Prime Rated 60kva Automatic Mains Failure Silent Type Diesel Generator and Construction of Generator Room with Construction of Extra Fuel Tank for the Generator for ICT Center / Makandura Premises Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from the Senior Assistant Bursar (Supplies), Wayamba University of Sri Lanka (037/2283617), and inspect the Bidding documents at the address given above from 9.00 a.m to 2.30 p.m on working days. A complete set of Bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested Bidders on submission of a written application to the Senior Assistant Bursar (Supplies), Wayamba University of Sri Lanka, Kuliyapitiya upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rupees 3,500/- to the Shroff of the University on working days from 09th August 2021 to 02nd September 2021 from 9.00 a.m. to 12.00 noon and from 1.00 p.m to 2.30 p.m. Bids must be delivered by hand or registered post to the address stipulated below on or before 2.00 p.m. on 02nd September 2021 with a second copy. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened soon after closing time in the presence of the bidders- representatives who choose to attend at the address mentioned below All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of Rs. 300,000.00. Bidders shall submit certified copies of Business Registration and VAT Registration certificate with the offer. Qualification Requirements include manufacturer-s authorization for items offerred. Local agents who represent foreign principals should register themselves under the Public Contracts Act (PCA) No. 03 of 1987 and shall submit the relevant PCA form with the offer. The pre bid meeting is scheduled to be held on 16th August 2021 at. 10.00 a.m in the Senate Room, Wayamba University of Sri Lanka, Kuliyapitiya.
