Description:
Tenders are invited for Supply, Delivery, Installation, Commissioning, Training and Maintenance of Combined ND-YAG/ ER-Yag Laser System 01 No, Er-Yag Fractional 9mm x 9mm Hand Piece 01 No, ‘G- Set (Gynecological Set) 01 No for Dermatology Department for University Hospital Bidder shall have at least LKR 52 million or equivalent value of average annual turnover, within last three years (Audited Financial Statement of last 3 years to be forwarded).  A foresaid Local Agent shall have at least 05 years Business Registration.  All the Brands shall have minimum of 05 years- service history in Sri Lanka.  Manufacturer/ Supplier shall have successfully completed at least 03 contracts of similar nature, during the last 05 years. Each of these 03 contracts shall consist with above scope and their contract sum shall not be less than LKR 26 million or equivalent value for each supply. And, Upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of LKR 7,250 (Sri Lankan Rupees Seven Thousand Two Hundred Fifty) in cash to the General Sir John Kothalawala Defence University Hospital. Bidding Document will be issued by 27.01.2022 to 22.02.2022 All bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Security shall be of 1% of the bid value in Sri Lanka Rupees (LKR). The Bid security shall be a Bank Guarantee issued by the bank operating in Sri Lanka, approved by the Central Bank of Sri Lanka. The bid shall be valid up to 23.06.2022. The bid guarantee should be valid up to 23.07.2022. Further it should be as per the format given in the bidding document.
