• Description:
• Tenders are invited for Supply, Delivery, Installation, Commissioning, Training and Maintenance of Hydro Surgical System with Electro Surgical Unit and Argon Plasma Coagulation for Surgery Unit at University Hospital. Bidder shall have at least LKR 40 million or equivalent value of average annual turnover, within last three years (Audited Financial Statement of last 3 years to be forwarded). Manufacturer/ Supplier shall have successfully completed at least 03 contracts of similar nature, during the last 05 years. Each of these 03 contracts shall consist with above scope and their contract sum shall not be less than LKR 20 million or equivalent value for each supply. Payment of a nonrefundable fee of LKR 6,000. A Bid Security amount to LKR 200,000.
