• Description:
• Tenders are invited for Supply, Delivery, Installation, Commissioning, Training and Maintenance of Multi Parameter Monitor Ctot for Cardiothoracic Unit for University Hospital Bids must be delivered to Chairman - Department procurement committee, General Sir John Kotalawala Defence University Hospital, Werahera, Boralesgamuwa on or before 0200PM 18.08.2021. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened immediately after the closing of bids. Bidders or their accredited agents could be present at the time of opening of bids. All bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Security amount to LKR 360,000.00. The Bid security shall be a Bank Guarantee issued by the bank operating in Sri Lanka, approved by the Central Bank of Sri Lanka. The bid shall be valid up to 18.12.2021. The bid guarantee should be valid up to 18.01.2022. Further it should be as per the format given in the bidding document.
