• Tenders are invited for Supply, Delivery & Installation of Computers & Accessories i Desktop Computer 81 ii UPS 81 iii Web Cam 81 Bid Security: 21500/- Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from Chief Accountant, Provincial Department of Education (NWP), Kandy Road , Kurunegala (Tele/Fax:037-2222422) and inspect the Bidding Document at the aforesaid address during the office hours on working days.(09.00hrs to 16.00hrs) Qualification requirements include: (i) The minimum average turnover of the supply of similar goods during last three years as mentioned below. (2018-2020) Lot No. Turnover 01. Rs. 9.2 Million 02. Rs. 2.7 Million 03. Rs. 1 Million 04. Rs. 1 Million A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address below in Paragraph 08 and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Three thousand five hundred rupees (Rs.3,500/-) to Provincial Director of Education (NWP) from 13 August, 2021 to 02 September, 2021 during the office hours on working days. (09.00 hrs. to 16.00 hrs). The method of payment will be in cash or deposit to the Bank Account. Please refer our website for more details. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 27 August, 2021 at 10.00 at Provincial Department of Education at the address given below in paragraph 7. Sealed bids marked “Bid for Supply. Delivery & Installation of Computers & Accessories or Supply. Delivery & Installation of All in one Printers or Supply. Delivery & Installation of Smart Boards or Supply & Delivery of Computer Chairs & Computer Tables" on top left-hand corner, of the envelope & Bids must be delivered under registered cover in duplicate to the address given below or deposited in the “Tender Box” provided for the purpose, at the Chief Accountant-s Office at the Provincial Department of Education (NWP), Kandy Road, Kurunegala at or before 9.30lirs on 03 September, 2021. Bids will be closed at 9.30hrs on 03 September, 2021. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened soon after closing in the presence of the bidders or their representatives who choose to attend in person at the address in Paragraph 8, at 9.30 hrs on 03 September, 2021. All bids must be accompanied by "Bid- Security,” as mentioned above.
