• Description:
• Tenders are invited for Supply. Delivery & Installation of Information Technology Equipment (Computers-Printers. Smart Tv etc)to Department of Agrarian Development (Dad-Cbo). Disaster Management Centre (Pmc - Colombo) & Forty Six (46) Respective Agrarian Service Centers in Kurunegala. Puttalam. Anuradhapura. Vavuniya. Mannar. Polonnaruwa & Trincomalee Districts. A complete set of Bidding documents in English language could be purchased during the office hours (from 0900 hrs to 1500 hrs) from 28.07.2023 to 18.08.2023 from the office of CRIWMP, Ministry of Irrigation, 12th floor, No.500, T.B. Jayah Mawatha, Colombo 10 on submission of written request on the supplier's business letterhead (original) addressed to the Project Director, CRIWMP along with a copy of business registration certificate and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of LKR 12.500.00. Bids shall be valid for a period of 60 days (Bid Guarantee valid period 88 days) after the date of bid opening. All Bids must be accompanied with a Bid Guarantee for Rs 950,000.00 drawn in favour of Project Director, CRIWMR Ministry of Irrigation. Bid Guarantee shall be an unconditional on demand guarantee issued by a Commercial Bank/ Insurance Company (except Co-operative Insurance Company Ltd) registered with the Central Bank of Sri Lanka/Insurance Regulatory Commission of Sri Lanka in accordance with the format provided in Bid document.
