• Tenders are invited for Supply, Delivery, Installation & Maintenance of Backup Solution for Pradeshiya Sanwardana Bank Bid Security: 50000/- 1. The Chief Human Resource Officer, Pradeshiya Sanwardana Bank, No. 933, Kandy Road, Wedamulla, Keleniya now invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for Supply, Delivery, Installation & Maintenance of Backup Solution as described below. 2. Private or public company, government-owned institution, or any combination of them with a formal intent to enter into an agreement or under an existing agreement in the form of a joint venture, consortium or association. 3. Minimum 05 Year experience in Supply, Delivery, Installation, Implementation, and Maintenance of Backup Solution in Sri Lanka. 4. Average Annual Turnover should be at least Rs. 200 million for last 03 years (2019/2020/2021). 5. At least two similar installations during last 3 years. (The bidder shall furnish documentary evidence for both technical and financial capacities). A complete set of Bidding Documents in English language may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the Chief Human Resource Officer, Pradeshiya Sanwardana Bank, No. 933, Kandy Road, Wedamulla, Keleniya from 07,h April 2022 until 27th April 2022 from 09.00 hrs to 15.00 hrs upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 3,000/ = . Bids shall be addressed to the Chief Human Resource Officer, Pradeshiya Sanwardana Bank, No. 933, Kandy Road, Wedamulla, Keleniya,should be sent through the registered post and receive at or before 2.00pm on 28,h April 2022 or deposit in the tender box kept at Pradeshiya Sanwardana Bank, Head Office, Ground Floor. You should indicate “Bid Name” and “Bid No -on the top left side of the envelope. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened soon after closing in the presence of bidders- representatives who choose to attend. Bids shall be valid up to 91 days from the date of bid opening. All bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Security of abovementioned amounts (Cash Deposit or Bank Guarantee which is unconditional, irrevocable & en-cashable on first demand), which shall be valid for a period of 91 +28 days from the date closing of bids. (28th April 2022 to 24th August 2022).
