Tenders are invited for Supply, Delivery, Installation & Maintenance of E-Mail Security Gateway for Pradeshiya Sanwardana Bank Rdb Tender Fee: 5000/- Non Refundable Bid Security: 50000 A complete set of Bidding Documents in English language may be purchased by interested bidders on submission of a written application to the Chief Human Resource Officer, Pradeshiya Sanwardana Bank, No. 933, Kandy Road, Wedamulla, Keianiya from 04th June 2024 until 24th June 2024 between 09.00hrs and 15.00hrs upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 5,000/ = . Bids shall be addressed to the Chief Human Resource Officer, Pradeshiya Sanwardana Bank, No. 933, Kandy Road, Wedamulla, Keianiya, should be sent through registered post to receive on or before 2.00 pm on 25th June 2024 or deposited in the tender box kept at the Pradeshiya Sanwardana Bank, Head Office, Ground Floor. You should indicate, “Supply Delivery Installation and Maintenance of E-Mail Security Gateway for Pradeshiya Sanwardana Bank (RDB)” and “DGM/HR/RDB/2024/068” on the top left side of the envelope. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened soon after closing in the presence of bidders- representatives who choose to attend. Bids shall be valid for 91 days from the date of bid opening. All bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Security of Rs. 50,000.00 (Cash Deposit or Bank Guarantee which is unconditional, irrevocable & encashable on first demand), which shall be valid for a period of 91 + 28 days from the date of closing of bids. (25th June 2024 to 20th October 2024) in favour of General Manager/CEO - Pradeshiya Sanwardana Bank.
