• Supply Delivery & Maintenance of Ups Machines/Passbook Printers /Dot Matrix Printers Supply, Delivery & Maintenance of UPS Batteries (650VA/1200VA)- DCM/HR/RDB/2024/019 1. The Chief Human Resource Officer, Pradeshiya Sanwardana Bank, No. 933, Kandy Road, Wedaimilla, Kelaniya now invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders to purchase UPS Machines as described below. 2. To be eligible for contract award, the successful bidder shall not have been blacklisted and shall meet the following requirements. ■ The bidder shall be a reputed company having experience in providing similar type of UPS Machines at least last Five (05) years. ■ Bidder-s Average Annual Turnover should not be less than twenty Million during last 03 years. (2020/2021/2022) ■ Bidder should have Sold at least 2500 numbers of 650VA UPS-s in Sri Lanka during last 03 years (Document evidence Should be submitted) ■ Bidder should have sold at least 500 numbers of 1.2KVA UPS's in Sri Lanka during last 03 years. (Document evidence Should be submitted) A complete set of Bidding Documents in English language may be purchased by interested bidders on submission of a written application to the Chief Human Resource Officer, Pradeshiya Sanwardana Bank, No 933, Kandy Road, Wedamulla, Kelaniya from 19th February 2024 until ll*h March 2024 from 09.00hrs to1500 hrs upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs 2,000/ =. A complete set of Bidding Documents in English language may be purchased by interested bidders on submission of a written application to the Chief Human Resource Officer, Pradeshiya Sanwardana Bank, No 933, Kandy Road, Wedamulla, Kelaniya from 191*1 February 2024 until ll**1 March 2024 from 09.00hrs to 15.00hrs upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 5,000/ =. General Instructions Bids shall be addressed to the Chief Human Resource Officer, Pradeshiya Sanwardana Bank, No. 933, Kandy Road, Wedamulla, Kelaniya, should be sent through registered post to receive at or before 2.00pm on 12**1 March 2024. You should indicate “Tender Name" and “Tender No." on the top left side of the envelope. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened soon after closing in the presence of bidders- representatives who choose to attend. Bid shall be valid up to 91 days from the date of bid opening. All bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Security of above mentioned amounts, which shall be valid for a period of 91 +28 days from the date of closing of bids. (12**1 March 2024 to 08**1 July 2024).
