• Tenders are invited for Supply of Desktop Computers 55 UPS 55 Laptop Computers 28 Multimedia Projectors 21 Tender Fee: 3500/- Non Refundable Bid Security: 153200/- Interested qualified Bidders can obtain further details required from the Chief Accountant of the Provincial Department of Education, North Central Province (Tel. 02502222432) and Accountant of Polonnaruwa Zonal Education Office (Tel. 027-2226982) and can inspect the Bid Documents at the same address, on office hours (9.00 a.m. and 3.00 p.m.) up to 08.11.2021. A Pre Bid Meeting relevant to this is scheduled to be held at 11.00 a.m. on 01.11.2021 at the North Central Provincial Department of Education. Completed Bids could either be placed in the Bid Box kept at the office or could be sent by registered post addressed to Chairman, Department Procurement Committee, Provincial Department of Education, North Central Province, Anuradhapura to be received at or before 2.00 p.m. on 09.11.2021. Bids received late will be rejected. Bids received will be opened immediately after closing of acceptance of Bids in the presence of Bidders or their authorized representatives who choose to attend.
