• Tenders are invited for Supply of Drugs and Dressings Tenders are invited for Supply of Chemical Consumables Self-Prepared Application should be Sent by Registered Post to be Received on or before 30.11.2021 Addressed to Director, Teaching Hospital, Karapitiya. . A Non-Refundable Fee of Rs. 500.00 should be Paid for each Item or Service for Registration. Receipt Obtained on Payment of Prescribed Charges to the Shroff of this Hospital or Receipt Obtained by Depositing Money to the Account Number 013100129025204 at People-S Bank in Favour of Director, Teaching Hospital,Karapitiya should be Submitted Annexed to the Application. Cheques or Money Orders will not be Accepted. Mark the Caption “Registration of Suppliers - 2022" on the Top Left-Hand Top Corner of the Envelope Enclosing the Application If a Service or Supply is not up to the Required Standard, Their Registration will be Cancelled. Copy of the Business Registration Certificate should be Annexed to each Application. Generally Quotations are Called for Goods and Services from Registered Suppliers, but Procurement Committee Reserves the Right of Calling Quotations from outside Suppliers in a Situation Where Suppliers are Inadequate or on Any Other Reason.
