• Tenders are invited for Supply of Electrical Equipment - Refrigerators, Deep Freezers, Electric Fans, Polishers, Electric Ovens, Blenders, Cassette Radios, Electric Kettles, Washing Machines, Boilers, etc. Thereafter, should access the website of this hospital http://www.csth.health.gov.lk/sup/ and should perfect each application for items you intend to register, in English language and obtain printed copies of each application, attach the details requested in No. 01 above and should submit the application after entering the Number of the Form General 172 obtained separately for each application from the Shroff Division of this hospital upon payment of Rs. 1,000.00 for each item applying for and may register up to 2.00 p.m. on 15.11.2022. Payments should be made separately and applications should be perfected separately for each item of supplies and services and your institution would be considered as a registered institution with this hospital when your institution when you had sent your application to our institution after entering the receipt number had paid the specified amounts and by duly perfecting the application by submitting the details correctly by accessing the http://www.csth.health.gov.lk/sup/ website of our institution.
