• Description:
• Tenders are invited for Supply of Electrical Equipment - Electrical equipment such as Air Conditioners, Refrigerators, Washing Machines, Electric Fans, Electric Kettles, Boilers, Elements Conditions 01. A non-refundable fee of Rs. 2000 should be paid to the Shroff Division of the hospital for registration of one item and the receipt obtained should be attached and submitted with the self-prepared application as per the specimen given below. 02. Payments may be made to the Shroff Division of this office between 9.00 a.m. and 3.00 p.m. on working days of the week from 01.11.2022 until 30.11.2022. Money Orders and Cheques will not be accepted under any circumstances. 03. Suppliers who are unable to come and pay the registration fee in this office may credit the money to Account No. 7040217 maintained at Bank of Ceylon Super Grade Branch in Ratnapura in favor of Director Teaching Hospital, Ratnapura only until 30.11.2022. (Relevant bank slip should be attached to the application). 04. All applications should be sent by registered post and the hand-delivered applications should be deposited in the Procurement Box kept in the Office of the Director. The caption "Registration of Suppliers for Year 2023" should be mentioned on the left hand top corner of the envelope containing the application. 05. All applicants should agree to submit quotations conforming to the rules and regulations and conditions imposed by the Regional Procurement Committee and by the government. The procurement entity reserves the right either to call for quotations or not to call for quotations from the registered suppliers. 06.
