• Description:
• Tenders are invited for Supply of Electrical Fittings and Accessories (Electrical and Telephone Accessories, Electric Kettle Elements, Boiler Elements etc.) A non refundable registration fee of Rs. 2000.00 should be paid to the Shroff of the General Hospital, Kandy in cash for each item and the original receipt (Form General 172) should be attached to the application. This amount also can be deposited in Account No. 7040213 maintained in Bank of Ceylon, Kandy (002) Branch in favour of “Director, Kandy National Hospital” and a clear copy of the Bank Deposit Slip mentioning the Name of the Institution and the Item No. for which application is submitted should be sent by email to thkfa2018@gmail.com on the same day. Original of the Bank Deposit Slip should be attached to the application and submitted. (Money Orders and Cheques will not be accepted)
