• Description:
• Tenders are invited for Supply of Electronic Appliances (Roneo Machines, Photocopy Machines, Fax Machines, Duplo Machines, Supermarket Trolleys, Refrigerators and Air Conditioners Etc.) A non-refundable registration fee of Rs.500/- should be paid for each supply of goods and services. The above mentioned amount should be paid to the Shroff DGH, Trincomalee of this office and the receipt received in return should be attached to the application form. Cheques and Money Orders will not be entertained. Even though priority is given to registered suppliers to supply goods and services, while calling for quotations, this establishment reserves the right to call quotations from those who have not registered to obtain goods and services. Without notice, action will be taken to remove the names of the suppliers who don't supply goods and services as per stipulated standards and who don't offer the response while calling for quotations. All applications should be sent by Registered post to Director, District General Hospital, Trincomalee, on the top left - hand corner of the envelope marked "Registration of Suppliers for the year 2022". The last date of accepting applications is 19.10.2021 at or before 3.45 p.m. and all applications received after this date will be rejected. If the government will implement the islandwide lockdown, the suppliers can deposit the registration fee to our Account No. 7040293 and send the scanned copy of the bank slip and other documents through the courier service or e-mail to the dghtcopln@gmail.com
