• Tenders are invited for Supply of Chemicals Required for Laboratory, X-Ray Department and Wards (Ex-Methylated Spirit, Laboratory Materials) Self-prepared application as per the following specimen along with a copy of the Business Registration Certificate and receipt for the payment can either be sent by Registered Post addressed to "Chairman, Regional Procurement Committee, District General Hospital, Nawalapitiya" to be received at or before 10.30 a.m. on 18.02.2022 or may be hand delivered and deposited in the Tender Box placed at the Office of this Institution. A non-refundable Registration Fee of Rs. 1000.00 should be paid for each and every item to Accounts Section of this hospital and the receipt or copy of the receipt should be submitted along with the application. Cheques and Money Orders will not be accepted.
