• Description:
• Tenders are invited for Supply of Plastic Arm Chair 150 Steel Bed for Patients 80 Bed Side Locker 80 Mattress 80 Tender Fee: 1000/-. Non Refundable Bid Security: 50000/- Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from the Regional Director of Health Services, Jaffna Contact No. (021 2222278/4557 ext 20), during office hours and inspect the Bidding Documents at the same address on working days from 9.00 am to 3.00 pm except 12.30 to 13.30 hours A complete set of English Bid documents may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of “Application for Bid Documents” available in this office and upon payment of a non-refundable fee as specified in the table by cash on working days from 08.10.2021 to 14.10.2021 during 09.00 Hours to 15.00 Hours. Bids shall be delivered to Chairman, Regional Procurement Committee, Regional Directorate of Health Services, No.572/3, Hospital Road, Jaffna at or before 10.00 Hours of 15.10.2021. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened soon after closing in the presence of bidders- representatives who choose to attend.
