• Description:
• Tenders are invited for Supply of Plastic Crates for Seed Potato Stores at Nuwara Eliya Tender Fee: 3000/- Non Refundable Bid Security: If in Cash (Rs.):35100/- If Bank Guarantee (Rs.): 70200/- Interested bidders should submit bids using the bid forms obtained for the above and bid documents may be obtained between 9.00 a.m. and 3.00 p.m. on working days of the week from 23.11.2021 until 10.12.2021 from the Administrative Officer of the Seeds and Planting Materials Development Centre on submission of the receipt obtained from the Shroff of the Department of Agriculture upon payment of the non-refundable fee mentioned in Column E of the table above. All sealed bids prepared according to the bid instructions may either be sent by registered post addressed to “Chairman, Regional Procurement Committee, Seeds and Planting Materials Development Centre, Department of Agriculture, Peradeniya” or deposited in the bid box kept in the above address. Every bidder should deposit the bid security amount mentioned in Column D in the table above and if the bid security is submitted by a bank guarantee, it should have been obtained from a commercial bank approved by the Central Bank of Sri Lanka. Bids will be closed at 10.30 a.m. on 13.12.2021 and the bids will be opened immediately thereafter. Bidder or his authorized representative may be present at the time of opening of bids.
