• Description:
• Tenders are invited for Supply of Sports Goods. Registration Fee for Suplies and Services is Rs 500.00 per item. The said fee could be paid by a crossed cheque in favour of the Chairman, Niyagama Pradeshiya Sabha, deposited directly to the bank or paid in cash during office hours. If the fee is deposited directly to the bank the relevant method can be inquired from the office telephone number or the Email: nivagamaps@gmail.com Applicants must submit separate applications for each item having paid the registration fee separately. Self prepared applications containing the name of the business, item or service intended to supply and method of payment must be sent together with certificate containing the registration number and vat certificate (if registered) by registered post addressed to the Chairman, Niyagama Pradeshiya Sabha, Poddiwala, Mattaka to be received on or before 15.12.2021.The caption, “Registration of Supplires for the Year 2022” must be written on the top left-hand corner of the envelope.
